Tell Me Heaven Aint Black honors the Renaissance tradition while challenging its boundaries, inserting Black bodies into a space from which they were historically excluded. It is a declaration that they, too, are made in the image of God, worthy of being immortalized in art as sacred, loved, and powerful. Through this reimagining, I seek to create not only a visual homage but also an act of reclamation, a reminder that creation, in all its forms, belongs to us all.
 
With that said, we deserve to crown ourselves with luxury headwear!
